Terms and conditions for Peru Tours.

All services are subject to confirmation until payment is received. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are required to confirm your reservation. At the time you confirm your reservation you will be advised of the deposit required, generally 50% of the tour cost. The balance is due 30 days before departure, non receipt of payment will result in cancellation. Documents will be mailed 2 weeks before departure or made available at a hotel in Lima or Cuzco Peru as designated by the passenger. For changes after the deposit is paid there will be a charge of $15.00 

Cancellations: For Tours only (there are no cancellation fees for hotels for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival, except for high holidays, and that is the policy of only a very few hotels). Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will result in a $50 cancellation fee, 15 to 45 days a fee of 25% of the tour cost will be applied, 7 to 15 days a fee of 50% of the tour cost will be applied and for less than 7 days there will be no refund . There may be special payment surcharges and cancellation policies during holiday periods and for certain cruises and special packages. No refunds will be given for unused portions of tour components or hotel stays. Please, if you do need to cancel advise us immediately, we will do our best to avoid charging fees for cancellations. Reservations are handled by Viajes Pacificos  and  LatinTrip, Inc. All rates are subject to change without prior notice and its agents act only as agents for the passengers. Latintrip arranges with airlines, hotels and other independent firms to provide these services. It does not control these firms and cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. It cannot assume any liability of injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, inconvenience or any regularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect of any vehicle or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying or in carrying out arrangements of the tours for acts of vandalism, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, war, government actions, weather, or act of God or any other factors contributing to additional expense arising out of delays, changes, of schedule or other causes. The right is reserved to accept or decline any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or change a tour as circumstances may demand. The acceptance of tickets and/or vouchers shall be deemed as consent to the above conditions.
