Reservation Procedure
and Conditions

We never charge
you for making a hotel reservation. There are no fees for cancelling or
changing a hotel reservation nor for us to arrange a reservation for you.

After receiving
your request, we will notify you of the confirmation via email, showing
complete reservation details. If you approve, email or fax it back with
your credit card information, and we will email to you your voucher and
receipt. For reservation requests, we may
ask you to fax or email with your confirmation form. For security purposes
( yours and ours) email is generally OK for charges under $500 over that
we may need a fax with the authorization and a legible photocopy of both
sides of your credit card. We will advise you if this is necessary, generally
it is not.Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED WITHOUT
YOUR SPECIFIC APPROVAL FOR THE RESERVATION AND ACTUAL AMOUNT AFTER WE CONFIRM
BACK TO YOU.

Reservations are
made be between LatinTrip Inc. a wholesale tour operator, and the hotel.
This requires a minimum lead time of 3 days from your initial request to
check-in (we are not a booking engine/reservation service which confirms
your reservation at rack rate). We confirm in real time with the hotel
to give you the best rates possible.

Rates do not include
hotel taxes, as foreign tourist to Peru do not pay the 19% IVA tax. You
will receive a voucher for your entire stay, showing pre-payment to the
hotel. Included are specified meals, hotel service charges. Not included
are tips to guides, drivers or bellboys, any item of a purely personal
nature, and any other item not specifically mentioned as included.

Cancellations.
There are no
charges for cancellations or changes more than 72 hours before scheduled
arrival. However, should you cancel less than 72 hours, fees may consist
of a $25 fee charged by LatinTrips, some hotels may charge one room
night. Reservations for special events such as New Year's may be non-refundable.
If that condition exists for your reservation we will inform you on our
confirmation.You can cancel or change your reservations by email.
Please contact us immediately when you know of a change or cancellation.

Hotel rates are
a range and actual price may vary, the rate that we negotiate for you may
be lower.

The responsibility
of LatinTrip Inc (hereinafter referred to as LT), is limited. LT arranges
hotels as agent, to provide passengers with high quality travel services.
While LT takes great care in selecting suppliers, we do not control them
and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions or those
of their employees, agents or representatives. LT will not be responsible
for any act or omission, error, delay, loss, accident or injury to you
or those traveling with you, caused by the neglect or default of any company
or person engaged in providing services for which vouchers are issued.
Neither will LT be responsible for the expense, inconvenience or injury
caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to,
hotel or airline overbooking, late arrival or departure of conveyance,
delays, strikes, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, accidents,
sickness, weather conditions, theft, changes in itinerary or schedules,
or passenger’s failure to obtain required documentation. The payment of
the required deposit or partial or full payment for a reservation constitutes
consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained
herein.

Now with the legalese
aside, we will work our best in your behalf and if (which has been very
rare in our 17 years of business) there is a problem we will be your advocate
to correct the problem. Complaints against hotels are taken very seriously
by us. Our goal is to make sure you (who have trusted us with your travel)
have a good trip. If there should be a problem please contact us IMMEDIATELY
at the numbers below or by email.
